For over 25 years, I’ve advised senior leaders on delivering some of the toughest, most complex messages that impact employees, customers, investors, and the public. I have a unique ability to help them do this in a way that’s clear, compassionate, truthful, transparent, no bullshit, and very little blowback.
Maybe it’s my sociology degree combined with killer writing skills, but I find when you approach your message with humility, honesty, and vulnerability, people can take it. They may not like what you have to say, but they can understand it and get on board.
It starts with what I call “head and heart strategy,” and ends with impeccably crafted messages for media interviews, keynotes, panels, social media, internal communications, employee and shareholder meetings, and more.

Whether I’m giving a TED talk, hosting a podcast, or moderating a panel, I work closely with producers and guests to deliver impactful insights and a meaningful experience for listeners, attendees, and viewers.
